Due to increased demand and our quality custom design process, orders may take 7-10 business days to process and ship. Your items are custom made designs so please allow time for your order to be created and processed BEFORE shipping. This means, if you pay for 2 day priority shipping, your item will take about 7 -10 days to be designed by our team and shipped out. Once your item is shipped, THEN you will recieve the item in 2 days. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. 

For International shipping please allow an additional 7-22 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please be Don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders! As a reminder, orders may take up to 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to arrive as stated in our shipping policy, website and in the confirmation email. 

DUE TO OUR INCREDIBLY HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL ORDERS OR PROCESS REFUNDS. WE WILL ALLOW RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. ANY RARE EXCEPTIONS WILL BE TO THE DISCRETION OF OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM. PLEASE BE SURE TO CONSULT THE SIZE CHART ON THE ITEM BEFORE CHECKING OUT. 

IN THE CASE OF AN EXCEPTION, ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $10 PROCESSING FEE PAID VIA INVOICE EMAILED TO YOU OR PAYPAL (seeklifeapparel@gmail.com).

Any requests for an exception must be made within 3 business days of receiving your item(s). Once again, exceptions are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of our leadership team.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to
arrange their own shipping.

We do not offer refunds at this time. You can exchange items if it meets the exception for store credit. 

Confirmation Emails are sent immediately after purchase. If you haven't gotten an email within a few hours, please check your spam, promotions, and updates tabs in your emails. If you still don't see the confirmation email, you email might have been mispelled. 

Please send an email to support@seeklifeapparel.com to get your email updated and check the status of your order. 

If you haven't seen any movement on your order, that means your items are being processed. Please keep in mind that we have a small team of designers who are customizing each product. Due to our customization process and desire to ensure quality, it takes 7-10 business days for your item to ship. This is stated in our shipping policy and in our confirmation email. 

There are a few reasons why your order was cancelled: 

1. The items sold out and are no longer in stock. You will recieve a confirmation email from our team

2. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or shipping address resulting in a fraudulent alert. We will not ship any items that have been marked as potentially fraudulent. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact credit card company or bank to get this information corrected. Then you may place an order using the correct billing address

Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be issued via store credit. Store credit issued refunds can take up to 1-2 business days to clear. If your order is cancelled and you used an E-Gift Card to purchase, please reuse the E-Gift Card on your next purchase.

Don’t worry we haven't forgotten you! 

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we went on and shipped what we had on hand at the warehouse, there was a card in your package stating this. We receive shipments regularly and will fulfilling the rest of your order soon. We’ll be sure to send you the other tracking number as soon as possible!

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

• _{Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:}
  • _Mailbox
  • _Porch
  • _Garage
  • _{Any area out of potential weather hazards}
  • _{Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed}
• _{Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.}
• _{Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.}
• _{In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours.}

We will ship the items to the address you place on file. If your address was entered incorrectly at the time of placing your order, and you failed to notify us before we ship your items, you will need to contact USPS with your tracking number. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products once your items leave our facility. 

We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged items. You will need to refer to the carrier and advise of the issue and place the appropriate claim. Once the items leave our facilities and the carrier states delivered it is no longer within our ability to replace anything lost/stolen or damaged. However, We will do everything in our power to assist you during this process.

We are not responsible for any incorrect address information. Please double check the shipping address that you placed on file with us. If your items have already shipped, and you failed to update the address, you will need to contact your carrier to located the package. If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay for shipping to have the item resent to you. 

If your items were Returned to us by USPS, this means that your shipping address was incorrect. Please send an email to suppport@seeklifeapparel.com and request us to resend your items. You will need to pay for shipping for us to reship the items out to you. 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Please allow 48 - 72 hours for USPS to update your tracking number. If it's been longer than 72 hours, please send an email to support@seeklifeapparel.com. 

If you get a shipping confirmation on Saturday or Sunday or on a holiday, please allow 48-72 hours from the next business day to see movement on your tracking number. 

Sometimes USPS takes a little longer to update tracking information. We will do our best to help you locate your items. 

If you have received a tracking number and the package has been in transit but is never delivered, please contact the postal service directly.

Your clothing is made with love and care! We recommend washing your items inside out, on gentle, cold cycle. 

If you have the cargo jackets, shorts, or pants, HANDWASH ONLY.
