WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus orders may take 7-10 business days to process and ship. Your items are custom made designs so please allow time for your order to be created and processed BEFORE shipping. This means, if you pay for 2 day priority shipping, your item will take about 7 -10 days to be designed by our team and shipped out. Once your item is shipped, THEN you will recieve the item in 2 days. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.
For International shipping please allow an additional 7-22 business days.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will
fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us
to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected
with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged items. You will need to refer to the carrier and advise of the issue and place the appropriate claim. Once the items leave our facilities and the carrier states delivered it is no longer within our ability to replace anything lost/stolen or damaged. However, We will do everything in our power to assist you during this process.
We are not responsible for any incorrect address information. Please double check the shipping address that you placed on file with us. If your items have already shipped, and you failed to update the address, you will need to contact your carrier to located the package. If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay for shipping to have the item resent to you.
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Due to our incredibly high volume of orders, we are not able to process returns, exchanges, cancel orders, or process refunds. Any rare exceptions will be to the discretion of our leadership team. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out.
In the case of an exception, all exchanges will be subject to a $10 processing fee paid via invoice emailed to you or PayPal (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Any requests for an exception must be made within 3 business days of receiving your item(s). Once again, exceptions are not guaranteed and are to the discretion of our leadership team.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to
arrange their own shipping.
We not offering refunds at this time. You can exchange items if it meets the exception or get store credit.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. USPS, UPS, and Fedex have been experiencing major delays due to COVID19. We do not offer refunds for delayed shipping due to postal issues.
4.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This
varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer
a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) of payment of order
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these
instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Seek Life Apparel will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We
are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer
this service using courier services.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before
dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we
await this item.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please wait 48 hours and look around for possible places that your package could have been delivered. After 48 hours, contact USPS so that they can conduct an investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the
parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the
parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer
service with next steps. You must send us proof of your items that are damaged and our team will process a refund once you return the items. By purchasing our product, you agree to resolve any issues with Seek Life Apparel before filing a chargeback with your bank
6.1 Damaged or Defective Items
To report a damaged item, please use the following process:
1) Contact our Customer Care team via email at email@example.com
2) Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question.
Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid
upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Seek Life
Apparel encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination
country, the goods will be returned to Seek Life Apparel at the customers
expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid,
